Register

  • Registration is now open!
  • Register for the 2024 Annual Meeting and watch sessions live (for virtual attendees only!) PLUS have access to the recordings through October 31, 2024 (available to both in-person and virtual attendees)
  • Virtual attendees can participate live in Q&A for each session!
  • You will also gain access to our AIC Annual Meeting community, where you can connect with those who attended in-person as well as other virtual attendees.
  • We will share access information closer to the event.

Programming Included

We will be live-streaming and recording all the sessions held during the main conference days of May 22-24, 2024. This means you will have access to all sessions included in the base registration (except receptions and exhibit hall breaks).

Join us for these events, which will be livestreamed and recorded: 

  • Pre-session: Awards presentations, Keynote Panel (if planned)
  • Solo General Sessions: Opening Session, Closing Session
  • All Concurrent General Sessions
  • All Specialty Session talks
  • We may make additional content available after the conference via recordings
You can also add on virtual access to the Art in Transit 2.0 symposium held on Tuesday, one of our pre-session days, for $79 plus registration.
